It was as expected, had a very relaxing stay for one night. Everything was perfect, beautiful location close to the town centre and restaurants, the pathway leading into the Marina, and the beach and easy access parking, excellent staff.

As a senior woman, I found Dutchies Motel Nelson Bay & Dutchmans Beach Apartments to be a delightful place to stay. The decoration of the hotel was charming and had a lovely vintage touch, reminiscent of the good old days. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to move around with ease. I particularly appreciated the accessible layout of the hotel, with no stairs to climb and everything conveniently located on the ground floor. It made my stay comfortable and convenient.

If I had to suggest one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have handrails installed in certain areas. This would provide extra support and stability, especially for those of us who may have difficulty with balance or mobility.

Dutchies Motel Nelson Bay was the perfect beachside escape. The location was incredible, just a short 10-minute walk to the heart of Nelson Bay township with its marina, restaurants, and supermarket. The room had everything I needed, including a cozy lounge space, a dining area, and a well-equipped kitchenette. I even had a sea view from my room, which was a lovely bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of my trip was definitely the Tomaree Summit Walk in Shoal Bay. The views were breathtaking and definitely worth the hike.

rooms very clean - with ample chairs and a comfortable lounge. location is so close to everything you need or want - with a short walk to the bay and a walking footpath that leads to town. enjoyed the view from the room and balcony - perfect outlook to the water. having coffee mugs in the room was a great relief - could enjoy a descent cup of coffee
